First breakfast is salad vegetable with vegetable oil, steamed omelet, tea.
Second breakfast is fresh apple.
Lunch is soup cabbage vegetarian with fromage, boiled meat with stewed beet, dried fruits compote.
Dinner with vegetable golubtsy, krupjenik of buckwheat with curd, tea.
For the night is kefir.
