On my 65 y.old on spring 2021 my shoulder joint hurt of straight hand.Used  analgetics , applications added, ointments rubbed on aches, an ache calmed, but limited my hands rise .An  ache displayed by other character ,like very strong, shooting on the night in hand from shoulder till elbow, this cure not helps, please what is it, and how to fight ache?
