Hello. Am to you with a hard problem, am having an old sister, and a few months ago we are strong quarried , but now am understand this problem not cost a new egg, but its happened. And our relations are restored, but after this quarrel the health worsened, as ,like by hot said much bad, am nothing bad for her wishing and said apologies for my words , but a feeling for fault, that he is true hard to sick, its not leaving me, A how to fight it?
Feeling for fault is negative puts, where we are seemed, that our actions done, and in a few cases,that we are reasons for troubles other peoples. This feel having different appearances, and not always referring to the fault, or guilt.And this feeling having where you are would be a fault, but on any situations, where is stayed strong stress/by psychology language is injury/.
And in psychic of human displaying its bad feeling is doing importance function is helping adapting to the hard situations,that to survive with a less injury, instead for ,that focusing on injured situation, we are looking on the feeling for fault, its a not hurt, and needing less inside work, as a feeling for fault almost accidentally and on his place would be a form an other negative put.And , why is feeling for fault is very popular?And we are often talking about his?
As on the nonsense level of self accusations are happening and in baby, thus if mechanism is familiar from a those times , when we are not said something by words , but realized a happening . And with a displaying mature thinking by instrument, a feeling for fault is staying comfortable using.A work with a fault feeling is education of new, healthy habits in perception of reality and behaviour.

3. Self - auto-training doing, remind that situation has been in last, but if she is having attaching to this time, as not follow for this scenarios.And often to say, that ideal world not having, ideal situations,and ideal peoples, and to be an ideal is a way to neurosis, as optimally to be an enough a good, and give a right on mistake. Remind it, that in your hand having control, and you can by different methods to overcome and own sufferings. And on the end, am to say about a very spreading mechanism, which using almost all peoples , trying to sorting out with those , that happening inside them. This intellectualization and rationalization on an own condition, trying living by feels and emotions, but a head.And of course reflection is a good, as ability to realize and reflect by inside process, its a best skill. Which helping in much life s situations.And importance to tag a moment, when a thinking process turned in routine, and not giving a real relief.A thinking about a problem a much and long,its a not means to decide her, and a most often means a back/better am will be a thick about this/, than on true time to act.
