Dizziness having in otitis, ears diseases, CNS, cardiovascular and vestibular apparatus destroying and happening suddenly with sickness, changing pulse frequency, sweating high. In a little dizziness happening in the plane , if dizziness happening of destroying vestibular apparatus ,thus physical exercises advising for you doing, but in cardiovascular diseases such gymnastic doing if doctor allowing. Training every day, do not stop train, if dizziness stopping , this is advising for recidives preventing, but on an acute time exercises not doing, if pauses added, exercises restoring again with a complex exercises, sitting on chair, and minimal repeats numbers, slowly increasing theirs.
Everyday exercises doing defining by themselves by a feeling and slowly increasing with a calculation ,that a not feeling tiredness.A time for training are 10-15 min, not more! But dizziness in a few patients' ability increasing, noises in ears happening, its a not base for stopping training ,theirs continuating with a slow increasing loading and condition improving. And on the morning training as in good ventilated place, not tight clothes , through nose breath and rhythmical. After gymnastic take water procedure, soaping slightly breast, neck, armpits holes ,shoulders, wash theirs by cold water, energy rubbing skin by hands, after rubbing till dryness with towel terry. Water procedures beginning on summer, after keeping within all year, but on the acute respiratory infection are water procedures avoiding.
Complex of exercises are on the chair sitting.
As on initial position training with straightened legs, heels together, separately toes, hands down. By head moves are doing wavily, repeat every exercise from 5 to 10 times.
1. Incline head down-breathe in, rise up-breathe in.
2. Turn head to the left, to the right, initial breath.
3. Incline head to the left shoulder, straightening, same to left shoulder, initial breath.
4.Circle move by head from the left-right, same repeat, down head breathe out, rise breathe in.In 10 days these exercises adding to next:
5. Legs put for shoulders width, hand down, breathe in, our incline to the left leg, pulling up to her by hands, return. Same to the right leg.
6. Hands on the waist breath in, return body to the right -breath out, same to the left.
7.By hands, take for chair seat, carry body back -breathe in, return back-breathe out.
Complex of exercises doing as sitting.
In ten days in satisfactory feeling exercises 1-7 is doing on staying positing legs are on the with for shoulders, holding for chair s wall.
In 20 days in absence dizziness is move to initial position a staying ,without support , and adding exercises are which doing on initial position are legs separated for shoulders widely, hands down.
6. Hands up breathe in, incline to the front, touching by hands a floor breathe out, and this exercise doing with opened eyes, in a few times in a good feeling with closed.
9. Hands on the waist, turning body to right, bending body down breath out, straightening breath in. Same to the left, with opened ,after with closed eyes.
10. Hands to compress in fists and bend in elbows, throw away right hand with force to the front, and left, and here head and body doing half turning to the left. When right hand returning in initial position, throw away with a force a left hand. Initial breath, and this exercise to begin doing with an opened , after with a closed eye.
Training by walking.
After learning these exercises add walking complex. Walk for 2 metres to the front and not turning, same back to, walk with an opened eyes, after to the front with closed , and back away with an opened. Leading to stability , transfer to walk with an closed eye as to the front and back. Slowly quantities of repeats increasing till ten.
As trying more walking by foots as for work, after work, and doing evening walks, but they are not must be a tiring.
