Disease with a new name.

 In redaction mail sent by Alina, me,  and my hubby are having 72 y.old, but in my hubby ix coxarthrosis, in me is stiffness in knees, small pension is not allowing doing surgery for joints changing, but very interesting in answering by Professor Balabaeva about a new something having in curing our diseases.

Osteoarthrosis is very spreading rheumatic disease, are in Russian suffering on 4 millions and more adult peoples, as before disease tied with organism ageing, but now disease is become  younger, her recognizing as chronic, slow progressing inflammatory diseases.By researches,  for last years, that synovial liquid in joint affected for immunologic changes as in rheumatoid arthritis, thus in our country and abroad this disease calls osteoarthritis. By modern ideas an osteoarthritis looking as damage organ of all joint, or in process involving cartilage, subchondral bone, synovial membrane, tensions, capsule, muscles. As pathology not threading for patient s life , but aches, destroying joint functions leading to hard suffering and disability. And chronic joint ache is importance factor, affecting on progressing osteoarthritis, but on accompanying diseases are a cardiovascular system. Its principal meaning having, that is in adults with many chronic diseases are tied between each other a common pathogenic mechanism.And, first  are obesity, which aggravating course for osteoarthritis affecting of development hypertension and sugar diabetes.

A modern cure of osteoarthritis  are pharmacologic and not pharmacologic methods as for directing on ache decreasing and improving functional condition of joints, preventing and or limiting disease progression.
