Not fresh smell.

 A smells of smoke, plasmas , acetone in nose worry me for half years. Am think, its happened after surgery  in dentist-surgeries, not hurt, but smells are bad condition, friends advice to wash nose cavity with physio-solution from injection, but am very worry, how to fight it?
