Can I fight bacterias without antibiotics?

 Am long time having gastritis , as test showed pylori bacteria, I don't  want to take antibiotics, which another method I can to use?

Now, is not having an effective method for a full fight pylori,as without antibiotics. A doctor-gastroenterologist will select theirs, self  cure here is not needing, but rare cases, when doctor ability say, that  not need antibiotics take. Pylori is infection and not self removes! She can affect on organism, and not means, that nothing display for the long time. Thus,  you must to use antibiotics, and after forget  about her, like  a horror sleep.
