Why we are tired at work? Would a strain in work? Try to analyse an own hard day, and you will sure, it's a not less ,than a work, tired, and nerved by someone small conflicts, not work speeches, commitment, bad accidents.
And in hard behaviour, which a need at work, as without friendly attention to friends, restraint, delicacy for an ability to low worker s authority, which having an awesome professional knowledge . Employees are peoples, which working close, doing a common, importance for all things, and for success deciding working tasks, for all members of collective, and not matter on theirs position , a need to ability to employee with each other. Am not ability worked with him, such different employees conflicts having, but think need a both acts .But , to work together is need, and its possible, if they are want, but incompatibility, stubbornness are often describing as of lack of upbringing, neglecting for elementary norms of office etiquette.
Etiquette is not a formality but in wrong understanding staying formality, but needing, and its a not described rules code, which helping to orient in people's relations, and not doing mistakes, not enter in awkward position by you, and other too . And an own etiquette having , and own rules in families, street, transposer, social places.And, office etiquette, as prescribing a style for communication, norms for politeness, which creating ability a healthy morality-psychological atmosphere in collective.And, keeping these norms are needing today , when from everybody needing a maximum for composure and inside self-discipline.
