1. Stay, hands bent before breast, elbows in sides, palms down, fingers of pulled out wrists touching under chin, on calculate 1 bring out head to the right by neck move /photo 1.
And on 2 return back, same in other side.
2. Stay, hands in sides, wrists up, elbows rounds off/picture 2/, on calculate 1-3 slowly rising hands up, doing by half bent wrists are circled moves inside, on 4 hands up, half bent palms turn, 5-7 slowly down hands ,doing circle moves by wrists outward.
3. Stay bent right hand before itself , bent left hand behind spine/picture 3/, on calculate 1 turning wrist by palm inside, bring out right hand down and in sides, on calculate 2 rises circled hand right up, turn out palm/picture 4, 3-4 same by other hand, 5- turn away right hand in side, 6- keeping training , right hand behind a spine,7- left hand in side, 8- return back, bending left hand before itself.
4. Stay, hands in sides, palms up, elbows circled, on calculate 1 clap in palms before itself, 2-turn corpus in left, rise up hands, half squat, doing circle moves by wrists inside/picture 5/, 3- ,like on calculate 1, 4-like on calculate 2, but in other side.
5. Stay, circled hands up, palms outward, wrists touching, on calculate 1-4 slightly bending knees, doing circle moves b pelvis to right/picture 6, 5-8 same in other side.
6. Stay, legs separately, hands bends before breast, palms together, fingers up, on calculate 1-4 slowly sit, knees separately/picture 7/, on 5-8 slowly straightening, rising on toes and pulling out hands up.
7. Same pose, on calculate 1 half squat, knees separately, 2-return back, 3- bending legs ,return to the right, turn out right leg by heel up and bend right hand before breast, left move back, palms up/picture 8/, 4- return back, same , turning in other side.
8. Stay on one knee, on calculate 1-4 slowly incline corpus back, rise hands up, after move theirs behind head and at the same time doing circle moves by crossed wrists , inside/picture 9, 5-6 return back, doing circle moves by wrists to outward , same, staying on other knee.
9. Stand up on knees, sit between shins, on calculate 1-4 circle incline by body/right, back, left/, picture 10, 5-8 in other side same.
10. Sit by Turkish, wrists on the floor/picture 11/, on calculate 1-2 , incline corpus to right,lean on elbow by right hand, head turn to left, 3-4 return back, 5-8 same in other side.
