Do I wash or not wash grain?

 A return to this theme we are prompted a mail by a reader  from Moscow, and not left home address, and we cannot answer to him privately. And for many readers, this answer not having a single answer. And now thus do I  wash, or not wash?

 And , in grains , but a not importances  quantities , just on one percent having different impurities, as sand, earth, beaten  and bad seeds, and if grains wrong keep ,thus she is ability dirty by pests and theirs larvae,   and theirs excrements. Thus before cooking any grain select good, wash in warm, after in hot water, but just barley wash in cold water , as more troubles with crushed grain, here sifting through sieve , not washes under   water stream , but   2-3 times soaking in pot. If water to shake good and after for 2-3 min infuse,all foreign impurities will pop up, and theirs drain with water. Oats flakes, just enough to select, but manna is to sift through a sieve .
