For legs massage, are having lots of massagers and trainers,as entering in complex for healing gymnastic as exercises doing on theirs. As in flat feet, spurs of heel bone, deformations feet. Breath on exercises doing is initial , but not a 16,after every exercise relaxing muscles of legs, shaking with feet.
1. Sit on chair, sliding moves alternately with left and right leg on massager,trying catching his surface, repeat are 16-20 times by every leg.
2. Same position, catching by fingers of legs are balls by massager, repeat are 10-12 times with every leg.
3. Same pose, roll on a surface a massager to the front and back are toes, after heels by inside and external feet edges, repeat are same.
4. Sit on chair, leg one out on the knee by other, pull up toe by leg, which on top, after change position of legs and pull toe of other, repeat are 16–20 times of every leg.
5. Stay, legs together, rise on toes, alternately on begin, by left and right leg, after on toes of both legs, repeat are 10–12 times.
6. Stay, legs are on width shoulders, hands on waist, rise toes of feet, supporting on heels, after roll over from heels on toes and back, repeat are 10-12 times.
7. Stay, hands on waist, walk for minute on toes, one min as on half squit, one min higher rising knees , one min doing sliding steps and bending for legs fingers.
8. Sit on chair, doing crawling moves by leg to the front and back, bending and bending out fingers, repeat are 10-12 times by every leg.
9. Stay on both gymnastic sticks, put for across to feets attitude, move for stick along to the right and left, repeat are 12-14 times.
10. Stay on two gymnastic sticks, put for parallelly feet, for minute move to the front, along for sticks, imitating walk on skies.
11. Stay, put under one from feet a small rubber ball, roll over a ball by feet, doing circle moves, repeat are 10-12 times by every leg.
12. Stay, walk on external edges of feet for minute.
13. Sit on chair, bended legs in knees, feet are parallelly ,rise heels ,alternately for left and right leg and at the same time a both , repeat for 16-20 times.
14. Sit on chair, legs straightened and pulled pout to the front, bend and bend out feet, repeat are 16-20 times.
15. Stay, hands on waist, stand on external edges of feet, return , repeat are 10-12 times.
16. Stay, toes together, heels apart, squatting -breathe out , rising -breathe in , repeat are 8–10 times.
17. Stay, feet for parallelly rising heels , not tearing fingers of legs from a floor, for 1 min.
18. Same position, return feet by heels to outward, by heels to inside, walk for minute.
19. Stay, legs together, walk by massage carper for minute.
20. Sit, catch, and rise by legs fingers are different items as pens, stones, repeat are 10-12
