Sit on chair.
1.Wrists to the shoulders, elbows in sides-breathe in, down elbows -breathe out.
2.Squeeze hands in fists, legs on heels, unclench fists-fingers ,like fan, legs on the toes, initial breath.
3. Hands up, move by wrists hands,like in wash/masage wrists of hands/, initial breath.
4. Hands up-breathe in, through sides down-breathe out.
5. Attach to chair s spine, slide with feets on floor to the front, and back, not remove from the floor, initial breath.
6. Hands in sides-breathe in, wrists of hands on the knees, slightly bending, incline to the fronts shoulders-breathe out.
7. Close sit to chair edge, attaching to spine, as in a half lie position, separate in sides hands and legs-breathe in, connect hands and legs -breathe out.
8.Hands in sides-breathe in, pull up by hand for left knee-breathe out, same with other leg.
9. Wrists to shoulders, elbows in sides-breathe in, touch with right elbow for left knee-breathe out, same in other side.
Stay to chair.
10. Rise on toes, keeping with hands for chair s spine -breathe out, down on heels-breathe out.
11. Legs put back and rise hands up-breathe in, down hands,attach leg-breathe out.
12. Hands on waist-breathe in, right hand up, incline to the left-breathe out, same in other side.
13. Turn corpus to left-right, hands relaxed, initial breath.
14.Hands up-breathe in, incline corpus, touch with hands for seat a chair-breathe out, straighten up, hands up- breathe in.
15. Hands on waist, circle moves with by pelvis alternately in both sides, initial breath.
16. Straight hands over head, doing by hands circled to front-back, and contrary, initial breath.
17. Hands up-breathe in, relaxely drop theirs, shaking to the front and vack-breathe out.
18. Hands on waist, move elbows back-breathe in, elbows to the front ,presing with wrists a low region for breast cell-breathe out.
19. Widen legs put, hands on the chair s spine, transfer body heaviness on the left-and on the right leg, initial breath. '
20.From one step a chair, bending in knee right leg, put her on chair seat-breathe in, incline corpus to the knee, same with left leg.
21.Sit on chair.

22.Incline head back-breathe in, to the front-breathe out, incline head to front-breathe out, turn to the right, left and back, initial breathe.
23. Hands up-breathe in, down theirs through sides down -breathe out.
24. Circle moves by legs in one, after in other side, not tearing off feets from the floor.Initial breathe.
25. Put leg on the leg, circle moves in shin joint in one side, after in other. Initial breathe.
26. Hands up-breathe in, relaxing down hands -breathe out.
Exercises doing for 20 min, temp is slow, every exercises numbers repeats variating in depending from a hardness and feeling , are 4-6 times on middle.
