On my 30 y.old am wore clothes on 50 Size, and by radio heard a dietologist performance about a system slimming ,about which she shared, and true simple , thus am decided her advice to realize and am true eaten by nature s biorhythms.
7.00-11.00 A time for splitting activity fats, thus on breakfast eat eggs, curd, fat fish kinds.
11.00-16.00 Activating ferments, affecting on carbohydrates, thus better eating cereals, macaronies, low calorie desserts.
17.00-19.00 Are better splitting proteins , thus for dinner eat mushroom, bean, non-fat meat kinds, fish.
Portions are not big, for snack matching fruits, vegetables, dried fruits, nuts, drink 1.5 l. of water /day, and not forget about a physical culture.
In three months such diet am wore clothes on 48 size, now my size are 44, and am none limiting.
