These exercises am doing since 2017 on an everyday, results by my feelings are good, thus am sharing with readers, and am written ,that how much am doing every exercise, but not right away, thus calculate own forces.
1.At bed, lie, doing head turns on 33 times.
2. With right-hand stroke till 399 times a belly, and with a same time squeeze a crotch on 300 time.
3. Stretch alternately legs and feets to the front, after on itself, as fight cramps, on 108 times.
4. Raise left, right leg after both legs together, shake are 12 times.
5. Raise legs up, twist with feet for 33 times in one side, after in the other.
6. Rub ears, knead, after put palms on the head, and with big fingers massage a base for scull are 108 times.
7. Massage a care for thyroid gland for 33 times.
8. Right hand is on the forehead and light moves on 33 times doing massage.
9. Bicycle. For the front on 108 times, and back on 108 times.
10. Legs together, lie on doing moves for the right, left on 33 times.
11. Stand up, legs are on the width for shoulders, doing inclines, with hands catch fingers for legs are 25 times.
12.Walk on the place for 1-2 min.
13. Stand up to the cupboard, keep with one hand, doing swings with legs and hands, like a pendulum with one side, after a same with an other side, on 33 times.
14. Hands on hips, on 35 times turn with body on one side, after in the other.
15. Hans on the shoulders, turning body in one side, after in the other.
16. Raise heels, and faster low.
