I want a share recipe, a soup of sorrel with chicken.
2.5 l. of water are 2 chicken breasts, 200 gr of sorrel, 3 potatoes, 4 tbl.sp. of rice, 3 eggs, bunch of green onion, 4 tbl.sp. vegetable oil, pepper, salt by taste , fresh dill.
Cook chicken breasts till ready, and take from broth. Chop potatoes on cubes, in broth add potato, rice, onion. Cook under lid on weak fire for 25 min. Stew sorrel in pan with oil, on weak fire for ten min, put in broth.
Chop meat on pieces and add in soup.
Shake eggs, add in soup by thin flow, mixing constantly . Add green, and soup is ready. Very light and taste.
