If heaviness in the head causing after sleep.
1. Press on the head top on points/picture 32 a/ with combines direction and middle fingers, for 3 sec on every point. Head after pressing must clear up.
2. Pillow with a big finger easy pressing on right and left /right in that order , sleep arteries, so as points of front surface of neck/picture 32 b.
On every point in region neck pressing doing for 3 sec, and repeat pressing you can a few times as from a right and left. Pressing beginning under low jaw, and keeping to clavicle. Affecting on these points ,we are vasodilate blood vessels and give blood inflow to the head brain. And he is saturating of oxygen and mood improving.
3. For rising brain activity and improving manufacturing for mental work, press on the points of temples with three fingers /picture 32 b and on the back surface of neck /using are four fingers of every hand , press on the point right away/picture 32 c, after still one time press on occiput points/picture 32 a with big fingers. These pressings fight mental tiredness, clear mind , thinking, and goals put by you are easy using.
