We are keeping publishing gymnastic for face, and here is exercise a good effecting on mouth, lips, chin.
1.Grease cream with a top lip, slightly pull out lips. tight to press to teeth are mouth corners, calculating till 12,slowly pull off lips to centre.And master this move, keeping training for 3 time move squeezed lips to the left, and three times to the right, relax, move with palms on a face from a mouth till top and this is a good lowering stress.
2.Open mouth, and not stretching and not squeezing lips, say a long A, calculating in mind till ten, trying to close lips, but not move with jaws. And if you cannot in a full close mouth, thus exercise to do right, keep position. Relax, on begin exercise doing are for one time, after for three times.
3. Tight close jaws ,slowly calculating till ten, maximally stretching a low lip. Relax, and master this move, begin to stretch at the same time and top lip.
4. And try to whistle as tight squeeze to the teeth are corners of mouth. After strong a blow cheeks and not opening mouth, transfer air from a left cheek over top lip to the right cheek and under low cheek back to the left cheek. After slightly head put back and blow out air, like a blow out fluff, repeat a few times.
