As in my joints aches am cooking different compresses.As using honey, mustard, sunflower oil one tbl.sp, add in enamel pot, mixing, and putting on water bath, keeping this for ten min, turning off fire, cooling, grease on cotton fabric and apply to the ache joint, warm a top a woollen scarf, keeping hour, if baking strong,remove compress.
And other recipe as taking 4 tbl.sp. of oats flakes,adding glass of water, boiling ten minutes,when oats porridge cools ,as in last recipe apply on ache joints, and in hour remove. Warming compresses better doing before sleep and if joints are not swelling, result is best.
