A hurt knee, maybe it is synovitis.

 As a few weeks ago am woke up of knee hurt, and not ability stand up on the right leg, and very hard visited hospital, and surgeries advised me to do ultrasound test and x-ray for knee joint ,and diagnosis is synovitis of knee joints am very shocked,as am never heard about this, maybe you can share about this disease detail, maybe this is tie as recently am injured my knees as am fallen.

A knee joint as anatomic forming with a hip articulation and big  tibial bones, as containing inside for cruciate tensions and cartilage tabs are meniscus. And inside for a joint fixed with capsule, which inside she covered with thin membrane as synovial membrane,and she is liquid producing, which greasing for joint inside forms and this is lowering friction and creating amortizing effect. And synovitis therm formed from a Latin synovitis as inflammation for synovial membrane ,and in norm a joint liquid in the knee joint are 4 ml, and in joint inflammation a liquid quantity is raising. And synovitis is a not rare with confuses with arthritis , by a definition, arthritis is inflammation of joint in whole. And here involving is a not just synovial membrane, but and cartilages as covering  articulating  bones, elements for tension apparatus,and in clinical situations these concepts are often having synonyms, but for itself we need to understand,that  arthititis not having without a synovitis as in inflammation all joint a synovial membrane involving in inflammation process, but meeting and isolating synovitis without arthritis, as without involving   in pathologic process are other joint element.

And a most often reason for inflammation displays in joints are being  :Injuries as synovitis displaying after a closing joints damages as strong injury, tendovaginitis, after hard opening injuries  and fractures, meniscus ruptures, wounds in joint by sharp items.

Infections as synovitis displaying on background diseases , causing infection agents,as pathogenic microorganism entering  in the joint as of  outside  as in opening wounds as from  organism tissues and cases also having as synovitis in tonsillitis, and infections by sex ways transferring, and pneumococcus synovitis, dysentery, tuberculosis, syphilis.

Autoimmune diseases as groups for diseases as connecting diseases as displaying of damage tissues of an own immune system, as in norm all immunity chasing directing for protect organism against negative effects, but sometimes is happening failure and protection agents of organism are antibodies, special cells are attacking and damaging an own tissue as in rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematodes.

As in gout  synovitis too having,as in rising level for urea acid in organism.

Systemic inflammation diseases  as rheumatism, synovitis damages rheumatism ,as these diseases for connective tissue damaging heart muscle and different big joints.
