On the crossroad are two diseases.

 As Olga written to us ,she shared,that since a last year spine hurt,very strong in a few places, somethimes temperature raised,am though about neuralgia as worked in my garden on the cold weather,as visited doctor, used pills, but ache not stopped.As after blood test am visited rheumatologist and he found  rheumatic polymialgia.What does it mean?

As ache joints, muscles, tiredness are often complaints in adults is in rheumatologist,and they are not having without a high temperature and inflammation stats in a blood test, but in a few women's on 60 y.old and ages are happening without a reason as strong aches in neck, shoulder and pelvis waist. As they are two -sided, often, rising in mobility and calming on rest,as charactering and stiffness as after sleep, or long staying in one pose. As hurts are very intensive,that destroy ability for self service as you cannot rise hands, as for wash, comb, wear, as in a damage for pelvis muscle you are hard sit on four, and could not stand up with help. As long time patient staying in bed as of ache are not doing fast moves,worsening condition with a high temperature till 38C, and in blood test finding high numbers for SSE AS 40/50 KM/HOUR, other stats too rising , but not faster.

As patients are not visiting to the doctor as thinking about an own ageing as osteochondrosis of, osteoporosis,as and author for letter of cold weather worked caused cold or neuralgia, but these are close true, as provoking mechanism a polymyalgia a scientists sure about stress, virus infection, physical load, over cooling.

And when patient visit to the doctor, he is describes his condition as infection diseases and prescribes antibiotics,which not helped him,  but side effect is received as microflora destroyed, allergy, and analgetics /paracetamol,analgin not a fight aches a full.As effectivity are glucocrticosteroids as prednisolone as use on 15/20 mg within a day spreading. As in 4 weeks all displays of disease are stopping and slowly low dose a remedy is cancel. As faster his stop use avoid! And in lowering remedy are acuting for disease displaying,thus dose is rise,on which you are felt good. And about neuralgia which you are shared in letter as patients are sure in this disease having,as here is all simple,  as on a hear, and about a polymyalgia are not an all heard, just those who endured her, but these are different diseases.
