As on my 90 y.old am disability as after prostate cured with injections through anal duct is on 2014 a formed urethra rectal fistula as on 0.5 cm and5 years am using urethral catheter ,a how to fight this problem?
Bladder or urethral anal duct fistula is very rare, but very hard complication after surgery , as manipulations on prostate gland answers professor , urologist Enikeev. And today are having a few methods for helping this problems,as all are surgery in cuting a hole and sewing defects for urinary bladder and anal duct and maximal separation as separating organs are prostate, duct as from each other .A first method is plastic for fistula by York Masson with a common narcosis, and to the fistula acess doinng through a backand front wall of anal duct in a position of patient is on the belly. And surgery ending with a putting two stomas as bowel and urinary, which are closing through 6 weeks.Stomas are artifical and timely curing fistulas, which are taking away urine and stool is higher for a surgery zone for atmosphere creating a calm and conditions for a saving healing tissues. Second variant is a simple crotch plastic a fistula with adding a muscle flap is under regional a spine brain anaesthesia , as a liquidation principle is same ,than in surgery by York, as on and ending a sewing organs a flap is a one from a hip muscles as entering between organs, that is rising a confidence in a surgery effectivity, and this method using in recidives as repeat or after a ray fistulas. And what is about a non surgery methods for fistulas, thus are such methods are not having,as a liquidating fistula by a long catherization for urinary bladder are not effectivity, so as bowel contain keeping entering in urinary ways, and here keeping inflamation ,which is preventing for healing anastomosis. And a hope for a self healing with remedies and without as after a long staying a fistula are not having. As you need visit investigation in a big expert medical centres, which quality to check and for narcosis risks, as they are very risk, hard surgeries as on pelvis organs.
