As on my 36 y.old in my anamnesis are veins damages, vegeto vessel dystonia, am used contrast shower, but am worry in doing something wrong, as am not a experience in this. As used shower for three times since march 10 till 30 and after first time arvd attacked me as with a high temperature, and for 7 days used antibiotics, probably this is coincidence,as after within 2 times are followed am fought cold, throat ache and cough, as three procedures am done for 3 approaches are on ten sec is in cold, ten sec in hot, does a contrast shower matches me and how is right to do this?Which my mistakes are...
Am sure you are taken shower with wrong a one from a key rules answers Doctor Vishnevskaja. And doing contrast showers needing if you are hardened, and on a warm season as to habit this procedure and to winter ,and you will are hardening after.
As not taking his from a time to time, data procedure is must to be a regular, and shower gives benefit if you are checking all rules for his use as cycles and continuation for finding under water with a different temperature.
As you need avoid right away use procedures, and water temperature slowly lowering on 2 degrees,as on begin stage turn in water with a comfort temperature for body, and he needing warming and relaxing ,after slowly rise temperature, and not hard, not lead to hot water, after a good warming all warming all body parts use a cold water and under her staying for ten sec, after alternate hot and cold washes.
As for a new taking are two cycles within one procedure, but later theirs quantities you can rise till five. And beginner are contrast shower just for legs, and in a few times use for body.
Hot water not must to be a very hot , as hurts yiu, and not a warm water, just little bit hot.And a one opinion when take a shower is not having, as one doctors are agree for morning, other for evening, and a one right opinion, that after a hardening procedure is 30 min pass before you are home leaving. And before a hardening beginning ask a doctor all questions ,as for avoid are all risks for you health.
