Gooseberry with apple juice.
Ready ripe berries cut, add in pot,add sugar syrup, close a lid, infuse for hour. Apple juice dilute with mineral water and add in berries in pot. And a mix all, add in plate, sprinkle a mixture of rusks chopped and almond.
one kg of berries is 2 l. of apple juice, one l. of mineral water, rusks chopped, almond by taste.
