Select berries,wash,,and in hot syrup of sugar and juice put berries and cook till ready, mixing and foam remove. And in 35 min since boiling time a jam is ready.And on ending cooking you can adding 3 gr of lemon acid and this gives for jam a read color.Hot jam add in warmed dried jars,and in cool close and wrap. If jam is liquid getting sterilize jars are 20 min in boiling water and roll with lids.
one kg of berries is one kg of sugar and glass of sour juice as currant red, apples, plums, or gooseberry as changing water they are.
