A cooked biscuit pastry is filled for 3/4 a high are 2 same forms,spreading with oil and covered a bottom with sheet.Bake biscuit,and cool, and cut om horizontal as for two plates getting from every. And put a one on other,as layers on every spreading with fragaria puree,slightly pressing. And on the top of cake apply fresh berries with sugar and pour over a cooled half fragaria jelly.
As fragaria chop, add sugar, as in juice forming put on weak fire and slowly add melted in 1/4 glass of water a gelatin. Cool, shake cream, and spread cake.
For a filling use are three glasses of fresh berries, 0.5 glass of sugar, 15 gr of gelatin as one tbl.sp.
Ice cream with fragaria.
As In form add 100 gr of ice cream, add fragaria juice 2 tbl.sp, and on the top put ten berries of fresh fragaria.
Creams with fragaria.
In glass vases add 150 gr of creams and add 3 tbl.sp. of fragaria.
Fragaria with milk.
A glass for tea fill in with 1/3 of fragaria, add cold milk, and right away serve.
Milk soup with fragaria.
Oats flakes cook till a ready in milk as two glasses,add glass of fragaria, one tbl.sp. of sugar, mix, infuse ten min, serve as hot.
Fragaria cream.
To the chopped berries add egg milk mass with sugar, gelatin, add in forms and cold. As three tbl.sp. chopped berries are 4 spoons of creams, three spoons of milk, 1/2 egg, 2 gr of gelatin, one spoon of water and one spoon of sugar.
Cream of fragaria with kefir.
glass of fragaria, glass of kefir, one tb sp. of sugar, one tbl.sp. of curd, peel of lemon shake till a foam mass and serve in forms.
Rice porridge with fragaria.
As in ready porridge hot as 200 gr add 0.5 glass of fragaria, one tbl.sp. for sugar or honey, mix, and serve as hot.
