As for one kg of puree is 0.5 kg of sugar, cook or warm for 15 minutes.
Sugared crataegus.
Ripe berries roll in sugar powder or sugar, add in bottle,and energy beating bottle in a felt pad, and fix a contain,again fill a bottle. As on a top put sugar on 5 cm in layer and close bottle with gauze.And in ten weeks this sweet delicious is ready. And good and long time keeping.
