Strawberry forest or with sugar.
Selected,washed, cleaned berries add in sugar as 200 gr for one kg of berries,infuse for 2 hours and serve in forms.
Strawberry forest with creams.
Berries add in sugar, like before, infuse 2 hours,serve with cold creams.
Strawberry forest with milk.
Selected berries 4 tbl.sp. add in glass,add cooled milk, serve,and sugar better not ads.
Compote of strawberry forest.
one l. of water lead till boiling,add glass of sugar, 5 glasses of berries, boil ten minutes, serve as hot, and cooled kind.
Filling for pies.
One kg berries mix in glass of sugar, infuse for hour, use for filling a pies, not chopping theirs.And in using for cheskakes cooking, berries are to chop.
Puree.
Ad in pot one kg berries,2 kg of sugar, mix, chop,after add in boiled sterilized jars ,and not pasteurized put for cold for keeping.
Jam.
one kg of berries mix in 1.2 g of sugar, cook,like a jam.
Berries with honey.
on winter you serve fresh berries ,if on winter add in honey and keep in jars in cold.
Kisel.
glass of berries,add in 3 glasses of water, lead till boiling, add diluted starch in water and lead till boiling.
Marshmallow.
Chop berries,add in sugar, boil 10 min, add on sheet of plywood or baked form sprinkle with sugar powder,roll, like plates on one cm in thick, and dry on air one day, after for 3 hours in oven and again on air.Cut on rectangles and to keep in jar of glass.
Juice.
Cook juice on the juicer machine, add sugar as 30 gr on one l, add in bottles,close and cool into to keep.
Syrup.
in one l. of juice add one kg of sugar, lead till boiling,add in bottles, close,use for kisels, jelly, mousse, compotes , cocktails if need.
Dried.
As not ripe and not big berries dry for day on sun, or good ventilated room, or oven, and use for tea preparing.
