Compresses are against cold.

As cold is stuffy nose,am having and ache throat, and in candies are helped me,thus with stuffy nose is harder.Am not use drops, they are helping for the short time,that you are addicting of theirs,and here is not cure, am used theirs for nigh,that to fall asleep with a clean nose, but one day one friend helped me. As in stuffy nose put a gauze to forehead wetting in salt infusion,as two tea.sp. of salt adding in 200 ml. of the warm boiled water, and procedure keeping are 25 minutes, and in strong stuffy nose doing such procedures are for 3 times in a day, as helps better,than drops.
