Dinner are250 gr of boiled cabbage, piece of seed bread, tea,banana.
Third day.
Breakfast are baked pudding with cabbage and shampinons,tea.
Lunch are vegetarian soup, vegetable salad if cucumbers,tomatoes, greens, piece of seed bread, tea.
Afternoon snack are 50 gr of seed bread of hard grinding, tea,apple.
