Lesson one.
After wake up, as on the morning,calm stand up, rinse mouth a water, clean teeth's, clean tongue, after drink a glass of warm water, go for pee, and for stool, rinse nose a salted slightly water as half ta.sp. of salt in glass of water, or with nose absorb a water from pal, or drip with pipette,ventilate room, and take shower, temperature using a comfortable for you, and slowly within a year lowering till a slightly warm, and after learn a peritoneum or low breath, as stand up, head, neck and spine are on the one line, legs are together, feet's are parallel, free down hands, concentrate look on any point is on the wall, as any drawed circle or sticked of red or black colour as doing breathe in with a belly, he will pull in inside as diaphragma rising up, after slowly breathe in through nose, and show belly as diaphragm will be a down, and on the breathe in and out a breast cell and shoulders are not moving, just belly works, and to a faster learning this breath type a put on a belly are palms and help for him moving in breathe in and out.Repeat all circle are 7 times and after use a complex as hello a sun!

2.Doing breathe in, rise hands before itself and bend in waist back and hands pass behind spine.
3.Doing breathe In incline to the front till a palm lies on the floor from a side of feet's,and foreheads not touching are shins, and many peoples could not done this,thus a first time put palms are on the floor, slightly bending knees.
4.Doing breathe in, and right leg put on the toe,like more far back, left leg and palms keeping pressing to the floor, rise head.
5.Delay breath, put a left leg is on the toe as near to right and body with legs are forming one straight line.
6.Breathe out, calmer bending hands and low on the carpet is o the floor, as feet's, knees, palms , breast cell and forehead lie are on the floor, and nose not toughing a floor, pelvis and belly slightly raised.
7.Breathe in, and straightening hands, after breast, bend.
8.Keeping breathe in, rise pelvis,that your body a getting form,like triangle.
9.Delay breath, with right leg a step to the front, and put a right feet between hands, knee of the left leg supporting in the floor, look to the front, up.
10.Breathe out, step to the front with a left leg, straightening legs and touching with head are knees, palms are lie on the floor in feet's, and who is could not done this, just a not full bending out are knees.
11.Breathe in, rise hands, bend out, and bend in back.
12.Breathe out, low hands before itself, and put palms before breast.
And studying a complex you cannot attend on the breath, as he must to be a free and non coercion ,and after when you are learned this exercise you breath is must to be synchrony with move.
And yoga's doing this complex with face to east, and concentrating attention is on the rising sun, and you can to do this, that sun sending you an own vital energy even and on the rainy day.
