As lie,rise right hand over body on ten cm, keeping on weight on two minute.
Rise leg, keeping till tiredness for 2 minutes are, as you can bend in shin joint.

Rise feet on 15 cm, where knee touching body, keeping on weight for minute.
Same with an other leg.
3.Lie on a spine who.
Rise feet are on 15 cm, knee touching for bed, keep feet on weight as for minute.
Same with an other leg.
As these exercises are good in mental work, as who having physic work hard, are better doing exercises for the fingers of hands.
