Am very rare having cold and flu,am enjoy my recovering methods,these are..
Pray on the morning, singing my own songs, am having theirs till 110.
Adding sun as of walk, and exercises on the morning.
Apply carpet near to bath, put legs in cold water,walk for 108 steps, as after on the carpet, as on side feet's ,care, as after on a full feet, as after rub a body with warm water.
Not wear shoes at room, am walking with naked feet's, not using elevator, am enjoy steps.
Sleep and wake up on the same time, adding breakfast, dinner is 1/2 glass of kefir with 0.5 tea.sp. of honey, as for the night and the morning eating garlic pinch, as he diluting microbes.
As my memory for products are fat fish, flax oil, pumpkin seeds, seeds pumpkin,soy, whole seeds,tomato's, as in my refrigerator all day am keeping mixture of to minced meat are seeds of pumpkin, sunflower 1/4 part, walnuts 1/2 part, eat this every day on three tea.sp.
Drink silicon water on two l/day.
As am not sleeping on the daily time, am activity after lunch, daily sleep is disease attach.
Am enjoy watching in my window for birds, greens are eyes training.
