As after morning procedures am doing with a light body massage from the fingers ends legs and till top head, massaging good are head, occiput, collar zone, neck,training with sit on heels and squeeze in and out fingers legs a few times, after feets are in sides, sit on carpet, and with fits massaging feet's, as after again sit on the heels, breathe in, blow in belly, massaging his from the centre to the periphery and to the centre again, as after a full breathe in, and with fist, not stronger, but sensitively knock on the breathe centre a few times, so we are waking up for breath system, thymus gland,which answers for immunity. As rolling on the spine ,like papier mashe, transferring with a shoulders, legs are for slightly helping, returning am on the carpet, as sit am with a support hand in back,legs are near to the body, feet's are on the floor, on breathe in turning out shoulders,corpus are, head move back, and delay this pose for 3 sec, as after raise on the top is head, incline to the front, shoulders connected,try with a breast touching hips, and head with are knees,breathe in full, as this is one circle,which are doing 10 to 20 are, as this complex calling a full yoga s breath from a sit pose, as useful for those, who activity training breath system, strengthening hands, legs, spine, neck, vertebra.
