3.Half bridge. As lie on the spine, bend legs in the knees, feets pressed to the floor, hands pull up for body along, palms with down, as on breathe in, hips are tear off from the floor, rise theirs higher, delay this pose on a few sec, till are ten breathes in doing, and out, after hips are down.
4.Grasshoper As lie on a belly, stretch hands for body along, strain all body, and rise legs up, leave such pose on 6 sec, as after low legs.
5.Camel. Stand up on the knees, not bending knees, hands are down, breathe in deeply, and incline back, as head back, as doing a few deep breathe in and out, and return back.
6.Candle. As lie on the spine, on breathe out are bended knees stretch to the belly, as doing two breathe cyscles, as after on breathe in are legs up rise, as on this pose are doing these two breathe cycles, as after on breathe out care low legs down, relax.
