Am sharing a very miracle recipe of soup, which is benefit for the stomach, as in mine chronic gastritis is care need with a meal, in a bad meal am feeling aches, heaviness.
Am try eating sparing meal, as more vegetable soups, porridge's, as of stewing, baking, thanks to these my stomach not worries me, as also adding herbs, here is flax seeds.

As two tbl.sp. of vegetable oil, chopped onion, chopped garlics 3, 4 carrots shredded, 3 stems of celery, one small squash,are chopped, three tbl.sp. of flax seed, two l. of chicken s broth, or vegetable, as for taste are leaves of bay , two teas.sp. of dried basil, one tea.sp. of oregano, two tbl.sp. tomato paste, chicken meat, which used for broth, or kidneys beans of jar.
As in a oil, on middle fire fry onion, carrot, celery, flax,spices,add garlic, stew two minutes, add broth. Add chicken pieces, paste, cook 15 minutes, add squash, close lid, cook for 5 minutes. As soup is ready, serve with sprinkle of petroselinum and dill, add fromage, as flax seed here is not much, but soup taste,like nuts, as benefit is for stomach.
