1.Sit on the chair, palms are on the knees, look before itself, eyes are to the left and down, not wing, look till fatigue such, tears, or strong needing to wing, as breathe in and out, after side wise eyes, delay this for maximal pause, to breathe in return eyes back, as exercise doing for one time.
2.Same,like in exercise before, but side wise eyes to the right down.
3.Same, just look on the nose end.
