In ache joints you are limiting carbohydrates, fats, flour, eating less meat, more fish, bird, eating more vegetables, meat, berries, they are fiber, vitamins, antioxidants are caring against bad affect your organism, and drink ,use fatness milk, milk products, they are less fats, but more calcium, useful are more garlic, fish fat, honey.
Am adding this my opinion if your doctor will allow, as eating an all, but small portions, and just importance how you are cooking, as better stewed meal eating, with herbs preparing, dressing....
