16 years ago,when Am lived in Uzbekistan, Am fallen and very strong injured for hip joint, as am not visited in hospital, as very strong aches felt for two months, but in 14 years my joint inflamed, as till this am used ointments, I slept better, when on May holidays am visited for the doctor and she advised me for laser cure as very strong felt a hurt, therefore am remembered a recipe in zoz a cure of fish fat, am very thank you this person who sent recipe in zoz, as very helped me,as in three days am felt better, as other joints are less hurt too.
We are repeating this recipe by Renat From Orenburg region, which sent to zoz on 2005.
As am sharing my experiences in ache neck, as where are doctors are evidenced to use fish fat oil in arthrosis, as omega 3, and omega 6 are very benefit.
Am very long time felt aches in vertebra, as not helped me are physio cure and diclofenac, but am though maybe will work a such cure in arthrosis and for me help, thus am used flax oil,where are having such acids omega 3 and omega 6, and fish fat of capsules, aches are shortened as on three day, in a week stopped, I bough oil in drug store and used by instruction as and fish fat .
