As for my mum when arthritis diagnosed she done an exercises for a knee and shin joints, as here are.
Walk on place, not move with toes from a floor for minute, as not move and toes for minutes, as rolls from a feet's on toe for minute.
Walk on external feet side,as after on inside, and on heels for 30 sec on an every exercise.
As legs on a widen for shoulders, hands on knees, spine not bending, circle moves with knees in left after to right sides for 30 sec, as and cycle moves with knees to inside, after externally as for 30 sec, right leg put slightly back, as stay ON fingers.
Circle moves with right feet to the right and left on 30 sec, same with left feet.
Right leg put to the front, and bend in knee joint.
Circle moves with right knee joint to the right and left as for 30 sec, repeat with left knee.
Stay, hands on waist.
Circle moves with hip joint to the right,and left on 30 sec, circle moves with a body to the right, left for 30 sec, light jumps and initial moves with legs for three minutes.
Walk, and restoring breath for minute.
As till an exercises she cannot to walk longer, as after everyday exercises for 6 months,are aches calmed, legs are not hurt, as today she walks easier and faster.
