Liver diet is for 1,2,3,4 days.

This diet is for spare liver to be,for cholagogue effect,and bowel work, uses against an often diarrhea.
1.Glass of buckwheat to select,fry, ads into three glasses of boiling silicon water,and into boiling water to add of vegetable oil,and chopped small onion.
2.Farrago of boiled kidney beans,with vegetable oil,and adding on 50 gr of sea cabbage or squids.
Boiled beet salad, of 400 gr boiled beet, ads vegetable oil, two tbl.sp. of raisin, fresh apple, carrot on 150 gr.
Caviar beet of boiled beet 500 gr,shredding,ads into fried onion, carrot,ads celery,petroselinum,and to stewed in oven,adding 50 gr of boiling water.
3.Oats wetting in water for night,and cook porridge in a morning within 5 minutes,adding on 12 dried apples,and one tbl.sp. of raisin,who likes spicy,ads petroselinum, dill, celery pinch.
4.500 gr,of fatness curd, two tbl.sp. of stewed raisin, 6 walnuts, or 500 gr.of curd, 100 gr.of fromage, or 0.5 l.of sour milk, or kefir.Curd to cook with one tbl.sp. of vegetable oil, dill, petroselinum, pepper sweet, garlic.
