Sauerkraut press, stew for 5 minutes in vegetable oil, chopped onion, apple, potato. Ad after in dish middle are boiled vegetables, pieces of beef, or chicken, add broth, stew , closing for 30 minutes.
Golubtsi with champignons.
glass of buckwheat, 200 gr of champgnons, 12 leaves of white cabbage, three onions, carrot, 5 tbl.sp. of vegetable oil, salt.
Cook buckwheat, like for garnish, cabbage leaves add in hot water, cook for minute, add on sieve. Clean onion, chop, fry in oil for 5 minutes, adding shredding carrot, boiled, chopped mushrooms, fry for 6 minutes. Vegetables and mushrooms add in buckwheat, salt, mix,wrap in leaves, add golubtsi on sieve, cook stewing for 15 minutes, closing.
