As a summer is a time for slimming, but what are not allowing to us this happening?

2.Calorie drinks, as any artificial juices, cacao,with sugar, thus calculate theirs calorie, as understanding how many they are entering on you waist, belly, hips, enjoy?
3.Fast food, as she is bad manufacturing by ferments, and bad digesting, thus eating slowly, chewing every piece,thus brain getting a sign for saturating.
4.Appetite sauces, as dietic salad in mayonnaise will harm you, they are very calories with colors, substances, tastes raising, as cook at home sauce better.
5.Snacks, eating for stress, as we are snacking before TV, chewing chips, seeds, corn as before meal, therefore select a right snack of dried fruits, or not sweet starch fruits, fresh pressed juices, or vegetable, green tea.
