Lie on a belly, hands stretched to front, raise connected legs up, as on 15 degrees corner, and delay such pose for 30 sec, low legs, rest, after rise head, shoulders, and hands, with crossed fingers, as on 15 degrees, and leaves in such pose for 15 sec, doing such a feeling light fatigue, as exercises directed for a muscles of spine strengthening.
Lie on a side on stretched hand, other hand for body along, raise connected together legs on same corner, keep theirs for 30 sec, low legs, rest, and doing exercise on other side, as exercises directed on a strengthening for side muscles.
