5 day as two kg of apples or one kg of carrot, or one kg of prunes with one l. of sour milk.
6 day as 2.5 l. of sour milk, as drink within a day.
7 day as 1.5 l. of key water, or melted, drink all day, nothing to eat.
After eating usually, salt free, as slowly habit adding,after a week resting again repeat for diet, as an importance attention do not eat after 18.00..
