Fresh leaves three tbl.sp. chopped mix in sugar, or honey in jar closed, infuse warm into for four hours, use syrup on one tea.sp. for 5 times/day before meal in bad cough.
As chop and mix leaves plantain, yarrow, use in bleeding and anti septic.
