As one tbl.sp. dried chopped leaves infuse hour in glass for water, filter, use on two tbl.sp. for 4 times/day before meal.

Fresh leaves three tbl.sp. chopped mix in sugar, or honey in jar closed, infuse warm into for four hours, use syrup on one tea.sp. for 5 times/day before meal in bad cough.

As chop and mix leaves plantain, yarrow, use in bleeding and anti septic.

As plantain leaves, top part of hypericum on blooming time chop, apply on pus wounds, as for scaring, as both herbs effects are raising.

two tea.sp. of chopped leaf plantasin, infuse in glass for hot water, filter, use three tbl.sp. for 4 times/day before meal, in low acidity..
