On a time in pneumonitis, exercises doing after temperature lowering.
1.A sit, legs on a width a shoulders for, feet are on floor, hands down, hands up, put wrists on knees and move theirs to toes.Repeat for 4 times,slowly temp, free breath.
2.Same pose, hands on waist, turn body to right, and not stopping to left, repeat for 4 times to every side, slowly temp, free breathe.
3.Same pose, shoulders up -breathe in, low -breathe out, repeat for three times, slow temp.
4.Same pose, hands to sides, raise bended in knee a right leg, and with hands to press to breast, after return back, same with a left leg, repeat for 4 times every leg as with, temp slow,and breathe is free.
5.Same pose, hands down, maximally reduce shoulder blades and as more reduce out theirs, for repeat at 5 times, temp same and breathe.
6.Same pose, hands bended in shoulders, raise elbows up as breathe in, down as breathe out, repeat for 3 times,slowly temp.
7.Same pose, hands locked ,raised over head, inclining to right-left and etc, same to left side, repeat for 4 times, temp same and breathe.
8.Same pose, hands down, incline maximally to front, bending in hip joints, and the same time with hands up-back, return back, repeat for 6 times, temp and breathe are same.
9.Same pose, raise hands through sides up, connected palms with back sides together-breathe in, low-breathe out, repeat for three times,slowly temp.
10.Stay, legs on a width a shoulders, in hands a rubber ball, rise ball over head, bend, and down to feet, repeat for 4 times, free breathe and slowly temp.
11.Stay, hands with ball raised over head circle moves with a body as on clockwise and aainst, repeat for 4 times to every side,middle temp, free breathe.
12.Same pose, low hands with ball to a right knee, incline body to left as for breathe in, return back as for breathe out, same to left side, repeat for two time to every side, temp is slow.
13.Same pose, at the same time sit and low hands with ball on right knee, return back, same to the left knee, repeat for 4 times to every knee, middle temp, free breathe in.
14.Same pose, hands along a body for, incline to right, move a a right hands for body along down, and left for up, to armpit hole, same to other side, repeat for 4 times, same breathe and temp.
15.Same pose, in down hands is stick, sit, raise stick before breast- breathe out, stand up-breathe in, repeat for four times, slow temp.
16.Same pose, stick are pressed back in elbow joints, non stopping incline to right, left, and contrary, repeat for 6 times to every side, with same breathe and temp.
17.Same pose, standing a stick vertically on floor, between legs, palms put on her end, as supporting on stick with stretched hands, doing a circle moves with a body to every side, repeat for 4 times,with same temp, breathe.
18.Calm walk,within two minutes, full relaxed muscles hands and body.
