As after work time as a hard,who longtime sitting and very legs load,add exercises as stand up on tiptoe for ten times, tight and relax for 20 times a legs muscles, add jumps, for knees and hips adding circles moves .
Sometimes doing legs baths,as in warm water ads 10 drops oil, legs keeping 20 minutes, wash a cool water,as lemon oil activates blood circulation, cypress improves blood circulation tone, relax muscles, basil oil cures veins, rosemary relaxes muscles of tighting.
