Kefir cold soup.
1/2 l. of kefir, 200 gr of Fromage, 200 gr of shredded cheese, 4 tea.sp. of sugar, one tea.sp. of salt, 30 gr shredded onion, 30 gr of young dill.
As very rich of proteins, one portion is 32 gr of proteins and 520 kcal.
Fondu.
600 gr of emmental cheese, 1/2 l. of white wine, 400 gr of bread,as cheese cut, or shred, as for fondu dish shred from insidely with garlic,after a butter oil, ads wine, and chese,warm, mixing over candle, do not boil, ads tea.sp. of starch in water, for baking mass avoiding. And with folk to wet a bread cube in melted cheese, serve hot, cheese dress with pepper of nutmeg, as 100 gr of cheese at 380 kcal, 100 gr of wine at 90 kcal, 100 gr of bread at 250 kcal.
