1.low hands, rise hands,stretch return back, breathe out, repeat for 4 times.
2.Same, with hands imitating a moves with sticks ,like walking by skies, initial breathe, repeat for 8 times.
3.Hands on waist, straight hand move to side-up breathes in, put on the waist breathe out, repeat other hand for 4 times.
4.Same, sit,hands stretch to the front, as to shoulders level as breathing out, repeat every hand to four times.
5.Hands stretched to front, diluted till slightly to waist widen, with wave of streight right hand to touch a fingers of left hand, and with left hand touch a fingers for right, initial breathe, two times repeating every leg.
6.And hands on waist, incline body to left, raise right hand is breathing out, return back is breathing in, repeat on every side for three times.
7.Stand up, hands with the stick raise over a head, incline to right, breathe out, return back is breathing in, repeat for two times on every side.
8.Stay,hands with sticks before breast, bended in elbows, return faster to right, after to left, repeat for 4 times in every side.
9.Stay, hands with stick low behind spine, bend hands in elbows,touch with the stick for shoulder blade as breathe in, return is breathing out,repeat for 5 times.
10. Stay,support on stick, incline a body to a front, diaphragmatic breathe,as belly show is breathing in ,stretch in breathe out ,repeat for 6 times.
