Our life is stressed , can I avoid for stress, neurosis with my hobby?

A neurosis is a try to switch  on something other, remove from loads and stress, conflict and from choice, and psychotherapy returns you to a place,where you had switched. As on alchokol addiction, as a remedy for problems deciding, connecting with a self-rating,shame, and a method for surviving a difficult situation, and after ,that had been a crutch,became  obstacle. And for decide this problem you need to break this circle, and to enter on a level,where you had been for a first time acted a helper is alchokol  , or neurosis. And an importance will go to a problems root,and doctor helps for sense a source fore problems with collaboration and training,like a driver instructor.
Am not doing for the client a choice, I can recognize and own needs and understand where and on which level with a which of mechanisms he is blocks reaction and when client had teached with this a self working, doctor not needing in you.
